• For this ecumenical lighting project, bo-mar helped make sketches into reality. The church identified where the fixtures should go and the general dimensions, but they wanted help finding a theme.
  • The bo-mar team walked through the church, took lots of pictures, and suggested a design element to pull it all together: the shamrock-like “quatrefoil” shape that was already present in the tile pattern at the church.
  • From there, bo-mar figured how to build, mount, and wire the fixtures. For instance, we determined how to do the can light suspended in the center of the light.
  • We built everything from small wall sconces to an overhead fixture 12 feet in diameter. Of course, the church does not have a door opening that large, so we thought ahead and built it in four pieces!
